1. Our Return Policy
At Elesti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged (cracked, broken, or physically harmed during shipping)
- The item arrived defective (does not work as described)
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or accidental orders
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging (where applicable)
- Minor colour or size differences due to screen display variations
3. How to Request a Return
If your item qualifies for a return, follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Email us at elesti480@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number]"
Step 2 — Send us proof
Attach clear photos or a short video showing:
- The damaged or defective item
- The packaging it arrived in
- Your order confirmation (if available)
Step 3 — Wait for our response
We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether your return is approved.
Step 4 — Ship the item back (if required)
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item. We will provide return shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without our confirmation first.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm the issue
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent).
5. Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to send a new item at no extra cost, subject to stock availability. Please mention this in your return request email.
6. Items Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged on the outside, we recommend:
- Taking photos of the outer packaging before opening the parcel
- Photographing the item inside immediately after opening
- Contacting us at elesti480@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with these photos
This helps us process your claim quickly and file a report with the shipping carrier.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personal care items (makeup brushes, toothbrushes, massagers) — unless arriving damaged or defective
- Opened beauty or wellness products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions (unless defective)
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days of approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary
- Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted
