1. Overview
At Elesti (elesti.in), we ship worldwide from our fulfilment centres. We work with trusted logistics partners to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched
Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait time = processing time + delivery time.

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

5. Where We Ship
We ship to 237 countries and territories worldwide. If your country is not supported at checkout, please contact us at elesti480@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number via email
- You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website or via a tracking platform such as 17track.net or AfterShip
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent
- If your tracking number is not showing any updates after 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Elesti ships internationally from our fulfilment centres. Your order may be subject to:
- Customs clearance fees
- Import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority
- VAT or GST (depending on your location)
These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We have no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be.
We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order. Elesti will not be held responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs.
8. Delays & Exceptions
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, the following situations may cause delays beyond our control:
- Customs inspection or clearance backlogs
- Local postal or carrier delays
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
- Public holidays in the country of origin or destination
- High-demand periods (sale events, festive seasons)
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at elesti480@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check around your delivery address — with neighbours, building reception, or a safe spot the carrier may have left it
- Check with anyone else at your address who may have received it
- Wait 2–3 business days as packages can sometimes be marked delivered slightly early
- If still not found, contact us at elesti480@gmail.com with your order number
We will work with the carrier to investigate. Please note that Elesti is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently lost or stolen.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Elesti is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address:
- Contact us immediately at elesti480@gmail.com
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address at no charge
- If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes and additional reshipping costs may apply
11. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the outer packaging before opening
- Take photos of the damaged item immediately after opening
- Contact us at elesti480@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your photos and order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
12. Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped in separate parcels from different fulfilment locations. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is lost.
